Ember & Vine is built around a simple idea: take recognizable ingredients, cook them with care, and serve them in a room that feels polished without feeling formal.

Our menu changes with the seasons, balancing wood-fired meats, handmade pasta, fresh seafood and vegetable-forward plates. The bar follows the same philosophy with classic cocktails, Northwest wines and local beer.
